I made another stock trade with the Equity Thornburg Mortgage Inc. (TMA). This one was a little dicey in that after I got in it dropped quite a ways before turning around today and making a small profit.

04/10/08 - Buy - 197 shares of TMA @ $1.29 p/s - Total $254.13
04/17/08 - Sold - 197 shares of TMA @ $1.33 p/s - Total $263.98
Total $263.98 - ($0.02) Fees = $263.96Net Gain of +3.86810% in the Amount of $9.83

Again a small fee will need to be accounted for and subtracted from the total later. Last time it was ($0.02), so it should be something around that this time as well.

This week my wife arrived home and said there were around ten bottles and cans she saw on our road and we went to pick them up. It turned out that in the short distance we looked at we picked up around 90 of them!! There were many more there than just appeared driving by in a car.

Soon, I hope to start doing more collecting of returnables.
