Double To A Million - Step 19 - Wheres George
If you have been following this blog you would know that I have been collecting bottles and cans for "Returns" to build the DTAMP stake. A return brings in a nickel ($0.05) per bottle or can.
Not all the aluminum cans collected qualified as "Returns" so they have been collecting in the garage now for a little over a year and a half. I finally brought them to MJS Metals for scrap and it turned out there were 29 pounds of them. The price had climbed five cents a pound since my last inquiry and I received a check for $14.50 for them.
I also brought back to the Liqueur Store all the additional ones I have been collecting and recieved $13.20 for the 264 bottles and cans.
As it turned out, there was a little something interesting in the money I got at the Liqueur Store.
One of the dollar bills was stamped with " Track This Bill - http://www.wheresgeorge.com/ "
I decided to enter that received dollar bill at the website. You can see it's information HERE!

This Doubling Blog is based upon the Doubling Plan "How to Double Your Way to a £Million in 28 Steps". It is an attempt to "Double Your Way to a Million" by going from one penny to one million dollars, starting from nothing. At the beginning you start by finding a penny and then double a penny until reaching $1,000,000.

I love it that you can make money from returning cans and bottles. It is a great way to get some cash to invest in online projects.
Hi Emirhan,
Collecting up the bottles and cans have helped DTAMP quite a bit. It seems with the never ending supply, that people throw out on the local roads, it will continue to be a profitable exercise going out and collecting them.
